'Tis the season to be jolly!
As usual, it is the year end and most of us are taking this opportunity to rest and recharge with our loved ones.
But before our team went on a well-deserved break, we managed to solve one payment related problem - outstanding payments due to unsuccessful transactions.
Previously, outstanding payments were handled manually by our Customer Support team. Today, we’ve simplified the process through in-app outstanding payment settlements. Every outstanding payments will be prompted, reminded, and recorded in the app for you to perform self-payment anytime.
Well, this might be the final update for 2023. It is time to close this chapter with grace and gratitude.

Other than Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan (MBK), Majlis Bandaraya Seremban: Nilai has joined the Setel Street Parking family - along with 14 other municipal councils., with some municipal councils offering all-day parking passes. We’re back with some upgrades. As part of our mission to redefine mobility, Setel QR parking is now available at parking lots near the MRT Putrajaya Sentral Station and Family Wallet can be used to pay for street parking.
Apart from that, new login activities will be notified via email to protect your Setel account. Not forgetting the new Vehicle Switcher feature, a customisation feature that allows you to add multiple vehicles and change them based on usage. It will make your Setel experience more optimised as the homepage changes according to your vehicle type.
Anyway, this year you can do your raya shopping with Setel since DuitNow has been incorporated with our Pay feature. Your baju raya, kuih raya, kasut raya, can all be Setel-ed! Mesra points included. #SemuaBolehSetel
